At 95 Nutrition, our story began with a simple goal: to make healthy living more accessible through convenient, nutritious meals. For the past 10 years, we’ve built a reputation as a trusted meal prep company, helping thousands stay on track with their wellness goals.
Supplements have been a part of our retail stores from the very beginning. Over the years, we’ve carefully refined the brands we trust to stock on our shelves, but it wasn’t until 2022 that we made the decision to develop a line of our own.
What we quickly discovered? The supplement industry isn’t for the faint of heart. Behind the scenes, too many manufacturers are focused on speed and profit, cutting corners on quality just to push more product out the door. That’s not how we operate.
We took our time. Testing, learning, and ultimately partnering only with manufacturers we trust to prioritize quality, transparency, and real results. Carmelo has always believed in raising the bar and that’s exactly what inspired him to launch 95 Nutrition’s own supplement line. After years of recommending products to customers, he saw the need for something better: supplements that were clean, effective, and backed by real experience. His vision was simple: create a line that reflects the same commitment to quality that built 95 Nutrition at an affordable price point.
When it comes to his own fitness journey, Carmelo’s focus has evolved. After years of lifting heavy and building muscle, he’s now all about staying in shape for the long run... literally. Running has become his go-to, helping him stay lean, strong, and energized as he prioritizes longevity, discipline, and overall health.
Lindsey Cruz
Lindsey’s mission is clear: help women understand that supplements aren’t a magic fix, they’re a tool. As the heart behind 95 Nutrition’s meal prep operation, Lindsey has always been passionate about fueling the body with real food first. But over the years, she’s seen how the right supplements, used the right way, can make a powerful impact. Especially when paired with a healthy diet and consistent routine.
Her fitness journey has evolved, just like Carmelo’s (which makes sense—they’ve been doing this side by side for over 10 years). What started with lifting heavy in the gym has now shifted to a focus on longevity, energy, and balance. After losing weight postpartum, Lindsey found that a mix of strength training, cardio, and simply staying active is the key to feeling strong, confident, and healthy.
Sierra Watson
Her fitness journey started with a love for the gym, grew into competitive bodybuilding, and now looks like spin class sprints and Hyrox training. Through every phase, her goal stays the same: challenge the limits and level up.
After years on the stage, her focus has shifted, but the drive is stronger than ever. From building muscle to building endurance, Sierra thrives on pushing herself physically and mentally.
Whether it’s lifting, racing, or climbing through intervals, her goal is always the same: push her body to be its best.
And she loves helping others do the same. Whether you're brand new to supplements or refining your stack, Sierra is passionate about guiding customers to the right products for their goals with honesty, knowledge, and real-life experience.
Jesse Plewik
Jesse plays a key role in making sure the entire 95 team knows their stuff when it comes to supplements. He’s the one who trains our staff—so when you walk into any of our stores, you’re met with real advice, not guesses. His mission is simple: help our team help you.
When it comes to his own fitness, Jesse keeps it simple. He’s not chasing a stage or a race—he just stays active because it feels good. Most days you’ll find him playing a sport of some sort... hockey/baseball/hunting... or hitting the gym for some strength training in between.
His approach is all about balance, consistency, and enjoying the process.
